I love making this hot drink right before bed. You can also make it first thing in the morning (or really any time of day). Not only is it delicious, I've also read it can have added benefits like boosting your immune system, improving digestion and can even act as a natural detox for the body. A quick and easy way to give your body some love.
Recipe
Just combine the below with hot water in your favorite mug and enjoy!
1 ginger cube
2 packets of true lemon
1 packet stevia
